The Deep State of America’s 46th president could be held accountable for forgery and power usurpation
What began as strictly medical news — that Joe Biden, the 46th U.S. president and elder statesman, was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer — has rapidly evolved into a political scandal with far-reaching implications. The issue goes beyond mere sympathy for the 82-year-old statesman, who is reportedly given only 12 to 18 months to live.
Such aggressive cancer doesn’t develop overnight. A sharp question arises: Who actually governed America during Biden’s final year in office? During this period, each of his public appearances sparked concerns about the cognitive abilities — or sanity — of a man who entered the corridors of political power at just 29 years old.
Republicans have logically connected the cognitive decline of the former Democratic Party leader to the White House’s extensive use of Biden’s facsimile signature during his final year in office. The crucial question — worth far more than a million dollars — is: Who signed executive orders on behalf of the U.S. president?
Donald Trump, offering obligatory empathy, personally offered condolences to his predecessor. Nevertheless, he described Biden as a «signature machine» captured by «gangsters and traitors», suggesting that these actions amounted to high treason.
In a bold post on his censorship-free social platform, Truth Social, Trump intensified his allegations, which are starting to resemble a “Bidengate”. «They stole the presidency and put us in grave danger. It’s treason at the highest level! They did it to destroy our country».
One particularly intriguing detail is that: Trump emphasized that the Joe Biden everyone knew would never have allowed drug dealers, gang members, and mentally unstable individuals to invade our country. Opening the border wasn’t his idea. It was people who knew he was cognitively impaired».
Thus, Trump indirectly exonerates Biden from responsibility for his flawed strategic decisions by shifting the blame to his inner circle. They effectively usurped governance on behalf of a barely coherent president. This subtle maneuver shields Trump from accusations of ruthlessly targeting Biden, who is destined for a grim end.
Coincidentally — or perhaps not — journalists Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson released their book, Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again. Tapper, CNN’s lead Washington correspondent, sums up the administration’s deceit bluntly: «The White House lied not only to the press and the public, but also to cabinet members, White House staff, Democratic members of Congress, and donors, about how bad things had gotten».
The Guardian reviewed this instant bestseller and highlighted signs of Biden’s progressive dementia: «He lost his train of thought, forgot names, spoke incoherently, and struggled physically. Aides even discussed putting Biden in a wheelchair after his potential reelection due to his physical frailty and fear of falling. What the public saw was alarming. What was hidden was even worse».
However, in November 2019, The Hill attributed Biden’s frequent verbal slips to his childhood stutter, denying any cognitive impairment. A year later, The New York Times published an impassioned plea titled «Stop Worrying About Biden’s Age. We Need His Wisdom Right Now», arguing that forgetfulness is human.
However, when special counsel Robert Hur released a report in 2023 on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, the public took note of Hur’s characterization of Biden as a «well-intentioned elderly man with a poor memory» intended to avoid criminal charges. The Washington Post swiftly contested this portrayal, arguing that Biden wasn’t nearly as confused as depicted.
The media’s consistent and enthusiastic attempts to portray Biden’s errors as innocent mistakes are striking. However, the flood of revelations is unstoppable. Axios obtained an authentic recording of Biden’s interrogation by Hur, which showed him giving multiple confused answers, mixing up dates and names, and taking lengthy pauses.
On May 21, the online outlet Planet Today reviewed the interrogation recording and concluded: «Biden certainly didn’t sound like someone capable of making critical national decisions, or even minor personal ones».
What is the inevitable conclusion? By 2023, the president of the world’s most militarily aggressive nation of the past century lacked the mental acuity necessary for the role, leaving him susceptible to manipulation.
James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, initiated an investigation to determine if Biden’s associates conspired to hide his cognitive decline.
Leo Terrell, a senior adviser to the assistant attorney general and former Fox News figure (where Trump often recruits appointees), suggested taking legal action against former First Lady Jill Biden. She is widely seen as ambitious and controlling. According to Terrell, she prevented her husband from stepping down to address his health, potentially committing «elder abuse».
Trump supporters passionately promote the claim that White House officials and Democratic Party insiders took control during Biden’s decline, sidelining the legitimate head of state.
Valentin Bogdanov, head of VGTRK’s U.S. bureau, claims that expanding and accelerating the «Bidengate» investigations could expose even more significant figures, including Jake Sullivan, Antony Blinken, and Victoria Nuland. «Under Biden, decisions weren’t only made in his family’s interests, but also in the interests of geopolitics, risking a Third World War», he notes.
The magnitude of the scandal could grow dramatically if the officials who placed Biden’s facsimile signatures on critical documents are publicly identified. These officials governed on behalf of the U.S. president. Besides Jill Biden, Washington insiders speculate that Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan may also be implicated.
If their involvement in forgery is confirmed, they could face charges of power usurpation, which would render the signed documents legally void. Decisions such as the pardons of controversial figures like Hunter Biden (involved in the Burisma affair in Ukraine) and Anthony Fauci (the chief medical advisor during the pandemic who was accused of vaccine-related conspiracies) might be overturned.
«Under the Obama-Clinton-Biden administration, power became entirely unaccountable to the American people», writes Jarrett Stepman of The Daily Signal. In his view, «influential, interconnected federal agencies acted on orders from their Democratic Party allies. It was the first fully Deep State presidency».
Thus, Trump appears to have opened another front against the Deep State, aiming to dismantle the Democrats’ chances in the crucial 2026 midterm elections and divert attention from the tactical blunders he accumulated during his first 100 days in office.
